If you are on version 3.10 you can try to put the Interrogator File on a USB and apply that to your vehicle. It's helped some who did this and shouldn't hurt anything if it doesn't work. Seems a lot are having trouble with Navigation after upgrading their Sync 2 to version 3.10 from Ford.
