But Family Link continued to show a notification on the device saying that it was under supervision, and it still continued to forbid certain actions on the device. WebThe Family Link limitations were finally to much for me and my tween.. The only way I could see to get rid of FamilyLink on his phone was to change his birthday in his Google account to make him 13 tomorrow. Then, on that morning he can opt out of family link on his own. I really liked FamilyLink.
