I want to know if it's safe to delete the 11.69 GB partition. I did some research and found out that partition 3 is being used. but I am not able to understand what partition 3 is. Main problem is that many of these pre-installed systems have EFI boot entries pointing to that restore tool partition. If that is removed or the partition numbering/order changes the system won't boot anymore.
