WebNoah Lucia began his formal Uechi Ryu training when he was 3 years old. He grew up in his father's dojo but split time during his early life between karate, judo and ice hockey, which he played at Norwich University. Shortly after graduating in 2008, he traveled to Japan where he taught English and studied Japanese Kempo. WebIn this Karate training program, you will train in Okinawa, the birthplace of karate, and in the capital of Japan, Tokyo. In Okinawa, you will experience the four major styles of karate which are Goju-ryu, Uechi-ryu, Shorin-ryu, Kobudo practice. You will then learn more about Karate & Okinawan Karate on the Karate History Tour.
